We built a platform that treats fertility as the product of many factors, not a single test result. It brings reproductive health, biomarkers, lifestyle, environment and wearable data into one personalized Vie Score™, and adds an AI companion developed under the scientific leadership of a reproductive epidemiologist. It is not a cycle tracker. It is fertility understanding that starts before infertility does.
Fertility care has a timing problem. Most people learn very little about their fertility until they are already trying to conceive, or until something goes wrong. By then, the questions are urgent and the answers come in fragments: a cycle result from one app, a hormone level from one lab, a semen analysis from another, a health history nobody has connected to any of it.
It also has a framing problem. Fertility has long been treated as a women's issue, even though conception is a two-person outcome. Men's reproductive health, including sperm and semen health, lifestyle and environmental exposures, is rarely part of the picture early on. Vie Science, founded by reproductive and environmental epidemiologist Dr. Carmen Messerlian, set out to change both. The vision was a platform that brings every factor shaping fertility into one place, turns it into something a person can understand and act on, and includes both partners from the start. Ask Dr. C™ is Vie's AI Fertility Intelligence™ companion, developed under the scientific leadership of Dr. Carmen Messerlian. It combines principles of fertility and reproductive health from more than twenty years of her scientific work with broader reproductive-health knowledge and the information in the user's own Vie profile.
